AIGA Jax Wellness Series: Evening Wind Down

Introducing AIGA Jacksonville's Wellness Series! This series provides a space for creatives to take a break from the day-to-day stresses and focus on health and wellness. Self-care is important and essential for productivity and creativity, so we invite you to join us on our wellness journey!

Our first event will help you wind down from the weekend and get into a relaxed and ready mindset for the week ahead. Grab your water bottle and yoga mat and join us for The Evening Wind Down, a relaxing and restorative yoga class with Hannah Bose on March 7, 2021 from 5:00PM - 6:00PM! Hannah will lead you through gentle movement and breathing to ease the body, calm the mind, and prepare you for the week ahead. All are welcome; no previous experience required.

About Hannah Bose: Hannah is a yoga and embodiment teacher based in Jacksonville, Florida who takes a deep yet practical and playful approach. She is a 500-HR CYT, Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist, experienced adaptive yoga teacher, certified Embodied Yoga Principles (EYP) teacher, and is currently earning her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Hannah integrates all of her studies to bring modern movement science, accessibility, and psychological inquiry into her classes, workshops, and private sessions. Her creative style of teaching emphasizes self-awareness, curiosity, empowerment, and playfulness. Hannah is most passionate about bridging the gap between practice on the yoga mat and what happens in real life.
