Yoga with Hannah Bose

May is Mental Health Awareness month. In this time of social distancing, the creative community is facing a number of mental health stressors. There’s no better time than now to prioritize our wellness, and AIGA is here to help you.

Yoga with Hannah Bose

In this 60 minute class, Hannah will guide you through movement, breath, and focused attention to dive deeper into your present human experience. Options will be given to make the class accessible to all bodies and levels of experience. Though a yoga or exercise mat is helpful, there is no special equipment required.
