Have you ever thought to yourself, “It would be really cool if AIGA Jacksonville held an event like this…” or “I wish AIGA Jacksonville would book this speaker for an event..”, then join the AIGA Jacksonville Board and make your voice heard! We need members of the local design community with creative ideas on how AIGAJax can help stimulate thinking about design, demonstrate the value of design, and empower the success of designers through local events, community outreach and member communication.

The following positions are open for the 2009-2010 year:

• Secretary
• Volunteer Chair
• Outreach Chair
• Co-Programming Chair
• Co-Communications Chair
• Co-Web Chair

We are also open to new board position ideas, like a Sustainability Chair or Business Relations Chair. To be on the board you must either be a member of AIGA, or become a member of AIGA.

Not ready for a full board position? Join a committee! Its an excellent way to show your support without taking on too much work. Its also a great way to network with your peers, improve your organizational skills and help make an impact in the community. Choose from:
