C&C Fall Festivities!

With Creature from the Black Lagoon setting the mood in the theater of DVA, the crowd gathered to enjoy some creative company and holiday festivities at our Cocktails and Creatives Fall Festival. In keeping with tradition, we started out bobbing for apples, however, in true AIGA Jax fashion we added a little twist with some bobbing for beers.

Throughout the night there were plenty of treats to be had. The Super Food Truck had a delicious fall menu, and you could roast your own dessert at the s’mores bar inside. Soon, the excitement grew as everyone gathered into teams for the Halloween pumpkin carving contest. After much deliberation in deciding what to make and quite a bit of slicing and dicing, Paula Rubman came out the winner with a terrifying Hello Kitty pumpkin! Spooky.

We hope everyone had a great time chopping up some pumpkins, and a great job to all of the carvers! Make sure you join us for our next C&C in November for even more fun and excitement!
